Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 5th, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

Evaluate/Reassess the report sheet (5 mins)
Get to know new unit members and orientees (5 - 10 mins)
Discuss unit improvement ideas, including keeping the equipment room clean and managing the storage of extra pumps and equipment (5 - 10 mins)
Discuss the organization of the unit's storage areas and a new process for utilizing and replacing cables, as well as following up with Glynda and discussing the Swan Ganz modules for the bedside monitors, we have all the cables now! (5 - 10 mins)
Discuss unit stock/ordering strategies to maintain adequate supplies (5 mins)
Discuss the unit site and any ideas we can implement (5 - 10 mins)
Address any current issues that you may have identified since we last met (5 - 10+ mins)
Develop achievable ideas for team building (5 mins)
